US film star Harrison Ford appeared on the red carpet in Cannes for the premiere of “Indiana Jones and the Wheel of Destiny” to the cheers of numerous fans.
The 80-year-old was accompanied by his wife Calista Flockhart (58). This was accompanied by the iconic film music by John Williams. Director James Mangold, actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Mads Mikkelsen also came to Cannes.

Further parts of the adventure film series followed in 1984, 1989 and 2008. For the first time, Spielberg did not direct the fifth part himself. Mangold (“Walk The Line”) took over this time. Spielberg was on board as executive producer.
