After the family court, Oliver Pocher went to see Rammstein. The comedian shared an Instagram story from the concert that evening.
Amira (31) and Oliver Pocher (46) have been divorced since Monday afternoon (July 29). Both have dealt with the appointment at the family court in Cologne in different ways. Just a few hours later, he attended a Rammstein concert in Gelsenkirchen, and she followed up with a new edition of her podcast “Liebes Leben” (exclusively on Podimo).
Comedian makes fun of Taylor Swift fans at Rammstein
Just a short time after the divorce news, the comedian posted several clips from the Rammstein show at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen. The band is giving a total of five concerts there. Pocher was there at the third date – and joked on the social network: “To celebrate the day, let’s go see Taylor Swift again.” He also wore a shirt of the US superstar. He was alluding to the fact that he was at the same stadium with the US icon a week and a half ago and caused outrage among the many female fans by wearing a Rammstein shirt.
Pocher accompanied a clip showing Rammstein on stage with Swift’s hit “Shake It Off”. The song is “always a highlight for us Swiffers,” the comedian joked about the Swifties. For Rammstein’s song “Du hast” he wrote “My day summed up musically” and showed how he danced alone in the audience. Later he said of the hit “Sonne”: “But at some point the sun will shine again.”
Amira Pocher was “nervous” before court date
There is also something to hear from Amira Pocher after the divorce: On July 30, the new episode of the Podimo podcast “Liebes Leben”, which she runs together with her brother Hima Aly, was released. It was apparently recorded a few hours before the court date – and the presenter was emotional. She admitted that she was going to court with “mixed feelings”. “I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous. It’s an appointment that I’d actually rather not go to. I know it will be an emotional rollercoaster.”
However, since the ex-couple had a marriage contract and many points had obviously been clarified beforehand, the appointment is said to have gone smoothly. Amira Pocher nevertheless believed beforehand: “To have all of this presented in writing and finally presented in court will do a lot to me. I’m not a block of ice. If everything is divorced on paper, that will perhaps stir things up again.”
Disappointed by Sandy Meyer-Wölden
She also said “for the first time openly from my point of view” that she is disappointed by Pocher’s first ex-wife Alessandra “Sandy” Meyer-Wölden (41) and feels betrayed. She feels that the fact that she simply took Amira’s podcast spot next to Oliver last year was “pure harassment”. She would have liked Meyer-Wölden to treat her more respectfully: “That really disappointed me at the time”. From her perspective, the 31-year-old was “always a friend” who “I was always there for, day and night”. She now misses this harmony, “because it was always sincere on my part.” She “really felt a friendship. But friends wouldn’t do something like that. I found that hurtful and I still find it that way”.
They announced their separation in August 2023
Oliver and Amira Pocher announced their separation after four years of marriage at the end of August 2023 in their podcast “Die Pochers hier!” They have two sons. The comedian also has a daughter from his marriage to Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (from 2010 to 2013) and twin sons born in 2011. Amira Pocher is now in a new relationship: at the beginning of July 2024, she appeared in public for the first time with “taff” presenter Christian Düren (34).
