This is Netflix’s first hospital drama in Spain.
Netflix revealed today the official trailer and new images of Breathethe first hospital drama on Netflix in Spain created by Carlos Montero (Elite).
Respira starsr Najwa Nimri (Money Heist, Holy Family), Aitana Sanchez-Gijon (Parallel Mothers, La Regenta), Blanca Suarez (The Cable Girls, Jaguar), Manu Rios (Elite, The silence), Borja Luna (Christ and King, Without footprints) and Alfonso Bassave (I’m Alive, Riot Police) and will premiere on August 30 on Netflix.
This new 8-episode fiction series is produced by El Desorden Crea and has Carlos Montero, Diego Betancor and Carlos Ruano as executive producers. It has been directed by David Pinillos and Marta Font, and is written by Carlos Montero, Carlos Ruano, Guillermo Escribano and Pablo Saiz. The cast is completed by Ana Rayo, Macarena de Rueda, Blanca Martínez, Abril Zamora, Xoán Fórneas, Marwa Bakhat and Víctor Sáinz, among others.

Carlos has created series such as Física o Química, El desorden que dejas or Élite. The production company was born from the desire to bring all the ideas that deserve to be told to fruition. He is accompanied in this new adventure by Diego Betancor, executive producer of Élite. Respira will be the second production by El Desorden Crea after Todas las tiempos que nos enamoramos.
