Only a few weeks ago, Patrice Aminati reported that her cancer had spread to several organs. Now her husband Daniel Aminati has given an update: the metastases have disappeared.
It was a mole on her neck that prompted Patrice Aminati to go to the doctor. The shocking diagnosis came in spring last year: melanoma. A little later, Aminati learned which other organs were affected by metastases. Therapies and tests followed, not all of which were successful. Now her husband Daniel Aminati has given a happy update.

“On February 6th, we drove to Oberhof in the Thuringian Forest at short notice and wanted to distract ourselves as a family for a few days, recharge, recharge our batteries and prepare ourselves for what was waiting for us – especially my wife. On Monday, February 12th, her second cancer treatment started – this time immunotherapy via infusions,” he wrote on Instagram. “Almost exactly six months later, Patrice is finally free of metastases!” said the ProSieben presenter, who raved in his post about the hotel where he spent time with his wife and their daughter.
Aminati also hints that the two could now probably move forward with planning for children. He is at least looking forward to the next family vacation: “Maybe then, God willing, with child number two!” says Aminati.

Only in July did Patrice Aminati answer fan questions on Instagram. When a subscriber asked about her metastases, Aminati answered openly. “From the primary tumor on the neck,” the cancer had spread to various organs: the lymph nodes, the lungs, the brain, the eyes, the bones, the liver, the adrenal glands and the skin.
She “hopes and prays” for a cure, said Aminati. “Cancer research is constantly evolving, there are more and more possibilities,” she said on the platform. Her hope and prayers, but above all modern medicine, seem to have had an effect: the metastases are gone.
Daniel Aminati and Patrice announced their engagement in April 2021, and the wedding followed a year later. Their daughter Charly Malika was born in August 2022, and the devastating cancer diagnosis followed a year later.
