Ralph Siegel is skipping Oktoberfest

Due to health conditions, Ralph Siegel will not be able to celebrate his 79th birthday on September 30th as usual at the much-loved Munich Oktoberfest. Those guests at Laura’s women’s event who know him well know what this means for him.

“He’s someone who really stays until the end,” enthuses Berlin singer and actress Jennifer Siemann about their time spent together at the Oktoberfest. “Everyone knows how generous Ralph is and how difficult it will be for him now because he is not so fit that he cannot be at the Oktoberfest today or in the next few days – maybe even on his birthday,” says Marianne Hartl . Author Patricia Riekel puts it a little more positively: “In that case I say: sorry, yes. But next year the birthday will be celebrated here again.”

Laura and Ralph Siegel have of course already talked about his approaching birthday and the big rounds in a year. “Not the 79th, but the 80th, we want to celebrate it really big. And given the circumstances, 79 is now rather small,” she reveals.
