At the premiere of “Like A Complete Unknown,” actor Timothée Chalamet exudes the charm of a rock star.

American-French actor Timothée Chalamet (28) appeared like a true rock star on Tuesday evening, December 10th, at the premiere of his highly anticipated Bob Dylan biopic “Like A Complete Unknown”.

Chalamet was accompanied to the premiere at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood by film partner Elle Fanning (26), who formed a strong contrast to Chalamet in her glamorous white satin dress. For his red carpet appearance, the “Wonka” star chose an edgy black leather jacket with Dylan badges and a buttoned-up gray shirt that hung over black pants.

In the breast pocket of his leather jacket was a pair of black sunglasses with “Bob Dylan” written on them in white. Chalamet combined black boots that were reminiscent of the Cuban heels that the American singer and songwriter Bob Dylan (83) regularly wore in the mid-1960s. The actor’s beard was also reminiscent of the now 83-year-old musician, who often appeared at concerts with a thin mustache.

“Like A Complete Unknown” shows Dylan’s rapid rise

The Bob Dylan biopic by director and film producer James Mangold (60) traces Dylan’s rapid rise from a successful folk singer to one of the most influential artists in rock music. The film also recreates touching and surprising moments, such as Dylan’s performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965, when he swapped his acoustic guitar for an electric guitar.

“Like A Complete Unknown” can be seen in German cinemas from February 27, 2025.
