What is the movie available on Netflix about?
The story follows Juanchoa chef whose life seems calm until his ex-girlfriend, Zy, returns to town after two years. The relationship between the two ended abruptly, but the reunion is not exactly one to close chapters: The protagonist, feeling that he has not gotten over the breakup, decides to take revenge and get in the way of Zy’s new commitment. However, what begins as a revenge plan transforms into something much more complex when, once again, their hearts cross. The plot develops through intense emotions, internal conflicts and the rediscovery of a love that, although hurt, is never completely extinguished.
The film, directed by Petersen Vargas and written by Kookai Labayen and Crystal San Miguel, captures the essence of second chances and the inevitable return of what is meant to be. Through its characters, it explores how feelings cannot always be controlled, even when they try to bury them under anger or resentment.
