Vladimir Putin apologizes for the plane crash in Kazakhstan

Putin had a conversation today with the president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyevfor the “tragic incident” that occurred in Russian airspace with an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane that crashed on Wednesday.
