Scarlett Johansson excludes return as Black Widow
Scarlett Johansson played the Marvel heroine “Black Widow” in several films. In an interview, she now buries the hope of some fans for a return.
In her own words, US actress Scarlett Johansson will not slip into the role of the combative Marvel heroine Natasha Romanoff alias “Black Widow”. “Natasha is dead. She is dead. She’s dead. Okay?” Said the 40-year-old in an interview with the women’s magazine “Instyle”.
The role in “Iron Man 2” (2010) was the starting signal for numerous Marvel films. In the film “Avengers Endgame” (2019), however, Spionin Natasha Romanoff sacrificed herself. Some fans still believed in a return. “We have to let her go. She saved the world. Let her have her hero moment,” said Johansson in the “Instyle”.
