Since August 2023 I have weighed 22 kilos less. I notice in little things how my body changes with every kilo that goes down. I can now tie my shoelaces while standing again. I’ve recently been able to fit into my dentist’s chair without any problems. I move more freely in the swimming pool. And I don’t care where I get a parking space when I go shopping – then I just walk a few more steps to do my errands. The changes give me the courage and strength to carry on. Every day things improve a little.
