There are two claims I keep hearing about antidepressants, and they annoy me. First: Antidepressants are addictive. Not true! It can be uncomfortable to take them off. But there is simply no such thing as an addiction like we know from sleeping pills, sedatives or even strong painkillers. If you want to get high, you can’t use antidepressants.
