The opening of the new Raiffeisen Arena on the Gugl also means changes for those looking for a parking space. Using the parking lot in front of the stadium free of charge – as many are used to from the time when the parking lot was still the responsibility of LIVA – has recently become impossible. The resentment of some commuters is great.

Arena Event GmbH is now responsible for parking space management, and it is currently not possible to park in the car park at all. In the future, with the exception of the match days, there will be an offer for interested parties, according to OÖN request from LASK. However, this will no longer be free. The corresponding tariff models are currently being developed, it is said.

The opening game of the LASK men’s team against Austria Lustenau is on Friday. As reported, the appeal to fans is to travel by public transport.
