The 28-year-old from Vöcklabruck is urgently suspected of having operated a drug trade in herb cannabis, cocaine and amphetamine in the Vöcklabruck district between the end of 2021 and February 2023. Two of the customers who have now been identified have already admitted to having bought herbal cannabis from the man – in one case around half a kilogram.

The investigations against the 28-year-old began when he got caught in a driver and vehicle check in mid-February. Apparently he was on a drug sales drive, police said. In a backpack, the officers found around 80 grams of cannabis, a small amount of cocaine and amphetamine, a large amount of cash and a large number of empty clamp bags (used to portion the drugs for sale – editor’s note) and tablet capsules. In the subsequent voluntary inspection of the man’s address, further clamp bags (some with cannabis adhering) were seized. The investigation revealed several buyers.

The 28-year-old was reported at large. His driver’s license was provisionally taken from him during the official act due to the driving of his car in a state impaired by addictive substances.
