The 18-year-old, who works for the Dobetsberger plant construction and metalworking company in Michaelnbach, won the state apprenticeship competition at the Schärding vocational school. In addition to a theoretical test, the young metal technicians also had to prove their skills in the practical part. The manual skills as well as the exact and careful way of working were evaluated. At the beginning of October, Watzenböck will represent our state at the federal apprenticeship competition in Styria.
