Sales increased year-on-year from EUR 110.9 million to EUR 180.4 million, the operating result (EBIT) rose from EUR 12.4 million to EUR 34.8 million, and the result for the period rose from EUR 6.7 million to EUR 25 million. For 2023, the Flughafen Wien AG Group will continue to have around 32-34 million passengers (Vienna location around 26-27 million), as well as a turnover of 830 million, an EBITDA of at least 325 million and an annual result of at least 150 million expected, the airport announced today on the outlook. “The increasing investment activities, such as the generous southern extension of the terminal and the further expansion of our own electricity generation using photovoltaics can be financed from the cash flow without external funds,” it said.
