The students were accompanied by their two cooking teachers and students from the HBLW and actively supported in the preparation. Each cooking group created two dishes (main course and dessert). The students demonstrated their creativity and quick implementation skills – above all because the dishes were implemented (almost) without the participation of the cooking teachers. The prepared dishes were served to a five-person expert jury and evaluated by them. She was enthusiastic about the achievements of the students, so the decision was very close. The MS St. Aegidi emerged as the winner of the duel with a minimal lead in points. However, all participants agreed that the joy of cooking was the true winner of the day.
