The individual construction steps are processed digitally. Around 250 houses per year were recently sold in Austria. In February of this year, Raiffeisen Ware Austria (RWA), based in Korneuburg in Lower Austria, took over the franchise licensor for Town and Country Austria (Fabu Beteiligungs GmbH). The RWA wants to “take over the market leadership in the long term,” it says.
Now comes the next step: Those interested in a “Town&Country system house” who do not yet have a building site can access the offer from Raiffeisen Immobilien (RI) directly. In addition, “Town and Country Houses” are offered for sale in the company’s own portfolio. According to its own statements, RI is Austria’s largest real estate agent.
