The building with a total area of around 1,800 square meters was built on the site of the former Leitner inn. At full occupancy, 70 workplaces are planned. “At a time when the world is becoming more and more connected, the importance of local is once again coming to the fore. This festival is more than just an opening ceremony – it is an invitation for the community to network, collaborate and grow together “said Markus Raml in his opening speech.
In addition to a variety of program items, a time capsule was also installed on the ground floor of the building. Objects and documents representing both the old building and the new Futuro were placed in the specially sealed stainless steel box. The capsule will house a piece of history for future generations and is next scheduled to open in 25 years.
Industry in transition
With the new office premises, the Linz tax consulting firm Raml und Partner has created around 40 jobs. Due to the increasing digitalization and automation in the area of accounting, the industry is facing a change: “Our goal is not only to work more efficiently through digitalization and automation, but also to offer our clients modern services without losing the personal touch,” said Markus Raml.
In addition to the branch of the VKB Bank and the leader region of the Danube Bohemian Forest, the coffee house of the Oberngruber bakery invites you to linger on the ground floor. The office space of TKT Rechtsanwälte and the office of Werner Stütz, a specialist in general, visceral and vascular surgery, have moved into the first floor.
