Holzhausen’s local boss Andreas Ströbitzer died unexpectedly

The 45-year-old mayor of the community in the Wels-Land district died of heart failure at home on Friday. “We all still can’t believe it,” said Hiegelsberger.
Ströbitzer, who has held the mayor’s office since October 2021, is said to have not felt well in the morning hours. He wanted to lie down for a moment and come to the community office later. Meanwhile, his partner, with whom Ströbitzer lived in Holzhausen, went to work. But Ströbitzer wasn’t supposed to wake up again.

“We are at a loss for words”

“We are at a loss for words,” said district party chairman NAbg. Klaus Lindinger. The Fischlham local boss spoke of the deep sadness of the entire mayoral team. “He was a very calm, committed person who took care of all concerns.” Andreas Ströbitzer always tried to implement everything. “He always tried to work together. We are losing a very, very nice and respected colleague,” said Lindinger.

Andreas Ströbitzer, who celebrated his 45th birthday on December 23rd, leaves behind his partner, two children from his divorced marriage and his parents.
“We offer our sincere condolences to them and all their friends and companions,” said Hiegelsberger and Lindinger.
