A truck driver in the municipality of Micheldorf (Kirchdorf in der Krems district) didn’t have a good start to the week: in the early hours of Monday morning, the driver got lost in the town of Weinzierl with his tractor-trailer. There he could neither go forward nor back in a curve.

After the man had apparently tried to turn his heavy vehicle around for hours and was getting increasingly tilted, the Micheldorf volunteer fire department finally rushed to help. The emergency services helped the truck driver out of his predicament using a crane. He was able to continue his journey with some delay, but without any major damage to the vehicle.
