The young man from Grieskirchen was walking on Eisenbirnerstrasse with his two friends (22 and 24 years old) around 6:30 p.m. In the Kalling district, the 19-year-old overlooked the intersection with Eferdinger Straße and crashed into a barn without braking.
The driver remained uninjured. His two passengers were slightly injured, but refused first aid from the emergency services. The 19-year-old’s car was totaled. The barn was also badly damaged. An alcohol test carried out on the driver was positive.
