The judge Gláucia Barbosa Rizzo da Silvaof the Federal District Court of Justice argued that it denied the presentation that Bolsonaro had made on March 22 since “must be exercised against the State (Federal Union)” and not against Lula.

Bolsonaro argued that Lula had “the clear intention of tarnishing” his reputationattributing “false facts” in an “irresponsible” manner to the media.
