In the heart of Recoleta, In this restaurant elegance and good taste merge to offer a complete gastronomic experience. It is Savvy which, since the beginning of 2024, has captivated with its great culinary and cocktail offering.
Upon entering, you can see a facade imposing and enigmatic that invites a open patio with finely thought-out details. Inside, elegance is also present, with a refined style and a sober and dense colour palette.
The gastronomic proposal extends from Exclusive seafood until Meats and Mediterranean dishes with signature touches. The menu begins with the starters, which offer options such as tiradito of the catch of the day, octopus tentacles with rissole potatoes and smoked paprika, and fresh oysters with Tabasco sauce and old mustard vinaigrette. The main dishes are not far behind, with delicacies such as the green leaf salad with fruit and burrata, the catch of the day with broccoli puree, and the braised turtle with truffle puree.

To accompany, the menu offers a wide variety of cocktails (classic and signature) that are an experience in themselves. Some of the options that stand out are the Cigar Fashioned (Johnnie Walker Red label, Angostura bitters, syrup and smoked tobacco) and the Armonía (Johnnie Walker Red label, earl grey, ginger honey, lemon and smoked tobacco.
The delights on the menu can also be accompanied by the wine list, curated by the gastronomic consultant Valeria Mesones, which has labels from renowned wineries and renowned winemakers.

Savvy is a chic and intimate space that promises to become the preferred destination for those seeking relaxation and a special gastronomic experience in the city. And for those who want an after-office plan, there is a happy hour on cocktails and selected tapas options, from Wednesday to Saturday between 7 and 9 pm.
Its name, which refers to “he who knows”, is not in vain, since it is a space “for experts”, inspired by the concept of French bon vivant.
