According to the director, some of the activities highlighted were: participation in the IV Metallurgical Congress organized by the Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of the Argentine Republic (ADIMRA); participation in the Commemoration of the Day of the Industry organized by the Industrial Federation of Santa Fe (FISFE); the working meeting with the president of the Banco Nación Argentina, Daniel Tillard; participation in the working table convened by the Ministries of Economy and Human Capital to address the agenda related to the SME Law; participation in the Labor Legislation Commission of the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Nation; participation in the Federal Logistics Summit, organized by the Federal Investment Council (CFI); and participation in the bilateral meeting with Brazil for the international land transport agreement.
The institution’s next participations in the 20th Industrial Conference – to be organised by the Industrial Union of Entre Ríos (UIER) on 26 September – and in “We are Industry” – to be organised jointly by the Industrial Union of the Province of Buenos Aires (UIPBA) and the Association of Industrialists of the Province of Buenos Aires (ADIBA), from 2 to 3 October; and the colloquium of the Industrial Union of Córdoba (UIC) on 8 October were also detailed.
Prior to the review, the members of the Board of Directors held a minute of silence for the death of the former president of the UIA, Alberto Alvarez Gaiani.
