29-year-old Innviertler won the main prize at oö. vaccine fleet

A total of 338,203 Upper Austrians – including 17,515 children and young people – took part in the competition, as LH Thomas Stelzer and Economic Provincial Councilor Markus Achleitner (both ÖVP) announced on Friday.

After an initial draw of 500 prizes in mid-December, this week’s main draw has drawn a further 940 prizes, including the main hit of ‘G’vaccinated Wins’. The motto continues to apply, the politicians emphasized, because a vaccination protects against a severe course. “Therefore, we also appeal to all those who are not yet or not fully vaccinated to get this protection.”

The electric car will be handed over to the lucky winner on February 7th by Stelzer, Achleitner and Alexander Susanek, Managing Directors of BMW Group Plant Steyr – but only symbolically for the time being, because the BMW i3 is currently still in production as a custom-made product.
