“Spring is just around the corner and also hobby gardeners are ready and are looking forward to getting started,” says Oön-Biogärtner Karl Ploberger at a press conference with agricultural land councilor Michaela Langer-Weninger and state gardener Hannes Hofmüller in Linz. The very big trend is naturalness in the garden. “No matter what age, almost everyone is now striving to garden, without poison, sustainable and insect -friendly,” said the expert.
Tips, tricks and trends are available on the 4-quarter garden land tour, which will take a stop this year in St. Georgen an der Gusen, Leonding, Burgkirchen and Vöcklabruck. Seminar farmer Martina Sallaberger also provides a new perspective on everyday plants, but reinterpreted in her lecture “buds and co – fresh vitamins from the garden”.
