What is the AUH Notebook
The presentation of the ANSES AUH notebook allows families to access 20% which corresponds to cumulative complement of 2023. To carry out this management from my ANSES, an online form must be generated, which will then be completed by the school and/or health authorities.
Step by step: how to complete the ANSES AUH Booklet form
To process the Universal Child Allowance Booklet (AUH) You have to follow a series of steps:
- Enter my ANSES with CUIL and Social Security Code
- In the Children > AUH Book section, consult the information about the children or dependents for whom the allowance is received and verify that it is correct.
- If you need to complete any section (education, health or vaccination), select the Generate Notebook option to download it or send it by email
- Print the form (on a single sheet and with good print quality) and take it to the health center or school (if applicable) to be completed and signed
- Take a photo of the completed form (take it on a flat, well-lit surface and show the four corners marked in black). The image must be less than 3 megabytes (MB) and be in JPG format. Then, re-enter my ANSES, select the option Children > AUH Notebook > Upload AUH Notebook, and follow the instructions to complete the procedure
- The upload process is completed when the holder receives an email confirming that the submission was successful
Until when can I submit the AUH Booklet to ANSES?
The deadline to submit this procedure is December 31.
