The universities, soul, heart and life of many cities in deep Argentina

Junín is a city located northwest of the province of Buenos Aires, district head, belonging to the fourth section. It has a population of 100,000 inhabitants.

Junín once beat to the rhythm of its railway workshops, one of the largest in Argentina. The same workshops that the neoliberal Peronist Carlos Menem dismantled and had the dubious merit of turning it into an obsolete field (obviously with the complicity of the unions) where in a few months, more than 4,000 workers were fired and the same number of families were left adrift.

However, our society could do nothing to stop such an atrocity. Carlos Menem, the same one who is a hero today, BE CAREFUL!!! With these false heroes that they invent, because then they fall into the false story again.

Today, Junín beats to the beat of the National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires (UNNOBA), which has 12,000 students and their families since a large percentage of the students are the first university students in the family and the entire family is the who makes the effort for the boy to study. Unfortunately, we found out that the government wants to destroy the heart of the city again, WHAT IS THE UNIVERSITY, because under Kirchnerism universities were invented to use their cash boxes, or rather to loot their cash boxes.

Honestly, it is not right that the righteous pay for sinners. There were universities that continued working and producing.

Serious and committed work over time has made UNNOBA the largest company in Junín today, not only providing quality teaching, but also supporting the real estate, gastronomic and tourism market. This is how things are from one day to the next, we find out that it cannot work because the government does not update the items that are from the 2022 budget, which means a cut of the order of 292% of operating resources, due to the inflationary deterioration.

This assumes two perspectives, either the education authorities are ineffective or they are ill-intentioned. In any case, they do not only harm the University, they harm 12,000 students and a city in which the ruling party politically won (I mention this because, like Kichnerism, it seems that this government sees the same thing in those who do not think the same: AN ENEMY, He would be something like a kind of social psychopath.

We all know and the government has to pay attention to that, in times of Kichnerism some universities were empty shells that served as shelters for unemployed politicians or militants. Fortunately this was NOT the case of JUNIN and his University, just compare their staff in recent years. The University has as a sign of its efficiency and austerity that its staff is practically the same in the last decade.

Today, more than ever, the government has to rely on education at all levels. Because with more education we can lift this people out of ignorance and overcome the false belief that one can live by promise and story.

A commitment from the government is needed and necessary to ensure the functioning of the universities and these, for their part, must give a clear signal to society that they will not provide any place for the shelter of fascinators.

Martin Luther King already said “education is the most powerful weapon that can be used to change the world.”

President of the UCR of Junín
