STORY: Images from a surveillance camera in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don show the moment an explosion occurs in a building of the border guards of the domestic intelligence agency FSB. A fire then broke out in the building. According to Russian news agencies, at least one person was killed in the incident and two were injured. The surrounding buildings were evacuated. The Rostov governor said the fire appeared to have been caused by an electrical short circuit. The FSB is also responsible for border security in Russia. In the region near Ukraine there have recently been repeated incidents with rockets and drones. According to official information, the task of border guards is also to prevent suspected sabotage groups from entering the region illegally.
