Puerto Cabello qualifies to the Group Phase by beating Caracas

Puerto Cabello beat Caracas in the match held this Tuesday for key 16 of the CONMEBOL – Copa Sudamericana 2023 tournament. The visit scored the only goal of the match 7 minutes into the second half, through Luifer Hernández. After receiving an assist from Kevin De La Hoz, the forward finished off the goal and beat the rival keeper to score his own goal.

The best man of the match was Luifer Hernández. The attacker from Puerto Cabello scored 1 goal, shot at the opposite goal 2 times and made 11 correct passes.

Junior Cedeño was another of the key players. The midfielder from Puerto Cabello was precise with 16 effective passes and stole 4 balls.

Referee Ivo Méndez Chávez was in charge of supervising the game at the Coloso de Los Chaguaramos.

By beating Caracas, Puerto Cabello earned its place in the Group Phase of CONMEBOL – Copa Sudamericana 2023.
