Streaming provider Joyn secured the free-to-air exclusive rights to the US Open.
This is made possible by an agreement with the exclusive rights holder Sportdeutschland-TV. “We are pleased to present a premium sports program with the broadcast of the US Open on Austria’s streaming provider Joyn, free of charge for everyone,” said Mario Lenz from the management of the ProSieben-Sat.1-Puls4 broadcasting group.
Dominic Thiem won the Grand Slam tournament in Flushing Meadows in 2020 and celebrated his greatest success. From Monday 5 p.m. he will open again in New York City. His first round opponent is the Kazakh Alexander Bublik. The opening games by Sebastian Ofner and Julia Grabher can also be seen.
