Thirty years and more than 100 buildings

The construction of 100 buildings in condominium property shows the growth of the company carried out in its 30 years and marks a significant milestone.

Each project in itself has been particular. Many of them have stood out for marking “a before and after” because, due to different circumstances, they were modifying the urban landscape of the city.

Since the construction of its first building in 1991 at 3233 Entre Rios Street in the city of Santa Fe, which had 8 apartments and garages, it has not stopped growing and has carried out various works of great relevance. This is the case of his first work outside the capital Santafecina in Rosario in 1997, CAM ROSARIO I, which had 22 one- and two-bedroom apartments, commercial premises and garages.

CAM 30 in 2003 was an emblematic work because the house located on the corner of Boulevard and Miter was preserved, with a tower project approved by the Heritage Defense Commission.

Another great project was CAM 40 in 2005 with two innovative towers on Suipacha Street, corners San Martin and 25 de Mayo, built on an area of ​​5000 m2 covering the entire block.

In 2008, CAM 50 La Rambla Condominium was built, the first category condominium with amenities on the coast on a 2,500 m2 plot of land.

CAM 60 Las Mellizas Park & ​​Towers is a building complex made up of a pair of small skyscrapers built in 2010.

Already in 2012, it built on Dock 2 of the exclusive residential center of Puerto Amarras Torre II, located in a strategic place that allows you to enjoy all the centrality, benefiting from the nature and tranquility of the surrounding environment.

In 2014, the most significant development in the company’s history was carried out: Puerto Amarras Torre III. There, from this project, a new lifestyle was born, a district where residents enjoy an unparalleled view and countless amenities that provide a different quality of life.

Two years later he built Amarras Center Torre I, this being a model product of applied technology, with energy efficient glazed panels and it is the first project in Santa Fe where dry plaster was used.

Currently the company has just inaugurated CAM 100 “Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz” and it is the building that contains the largest Messi mural in Argentina. It is located in one of the privileged areas of the City of Santa Fe, located on the corner of Avenida Alem. Its location allows all units to have excellent views of the river coast. It has two and three-room units with the possibility of being unified, allowing the generation of larger spaces. Thus, a 22-level tower is formed with a basement, 4 floors of garages, commercial premises and SUM. It also has a pool and solarium area for exclusive use on its roof.

With the desire to continue growing, the company is currently building the CAM 121 building.

CASS San Salvador Food Complex, permanent development in the production and marketing of food products

The San Salvador Food Complex began its activity in October 2011. Today it is the 3rd pasta plant in the country, with a 17% market share.

This ambitious industrial complex, unique in the NOA, is technologically equipped with cutting-edge Italian machinery, which allows it to add value to its processes and position itself in the national market with export quality products. The company is located on a 41-hectare property with 30,956 m² on provincial route 302 KM 14 in Colombres, Tucumán Argentina and has 3 own brands: “La Providencia”, “Bonanza” and “La Teresina”, in addition to producing for third parties. .

In 2011 it began producing with 2 pasta lines that had a capacity of 2,000 tons/month, and a mill with a capacity of 300 tons/day of grinding and 500 tons/day of flour. During 2014, they added 3 new pasta lines, thus reaching 5 production lines with a capacity of 6,000 tons/month. In addition, it added a new mill that increased capacities to 450 tons/day of grinding and 9,700 tons per month of flour.

In 2017, they inaugurated a cracker production line, with a capacity of 1,300 tons/month.

Already in 2021 they added a 2nd line of crackers reaching a production capacity of 3000 tons/month. The raw materials they use are produced by local producers and represent an important engine in the provincial economy.

During 2022, with the lease of the Marapa and Concepción sugar mills, they produced a capacity of 320,000 tons of sugar per year.

During this year they inaugurated 2 sweet cookie lines with a production capacity of 2000 tons per month. This new challenge brought the La Providencia brand to a new market, with its products “Sweet cookies with chocolate chips”, “Chocolate flavored cookies” and “Vanilla flavor filled cocoa cookies” and “Savory biscuits”.

Currently, CASS produces and markets flour, sugar, dry pasta, cracker cookies, bran cookies, biscuits and sweet cookies.

The new challenges posed by the company are focused on a dynamic perspective and constant growth that seeks daily to consolidate the San Salvador Food Complex in the food business, placing it among the main national companies in the field, with the quality of its products as a differential. and the vocation to work to fully satisfy the requirements of clients, collaborators, shareholders and consumers.

The evolution of CASS is evident with the certification of the International Standard FSSC 22000, which guarantees that the factory meets food safety and security requirements.
