Those who visit the entity’s museum, located at Sarmiento 364, will be able to explore the permanent exhibition and participate in the activities of Incluir en Movimiento, the itinerant financial education cycle that travels through different cities in the province.
The Banco Provincia Museum will offer various proposals for those who visit it during the Night of the Museums 2024, next Saturday, November 9 from 7 p.m. In addition to the permanent exhibition on the History of the Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and the Argentine currency , you will be able to tour the temporary exhibition dedicated to national thought and participate in the different activities of Incluir en Movimiento, the itinerant cycle of financial education that travels through the interior of the province of Buenos Aires and in which more than 16 thousand people participated.

The traveling financial education series bus will be parked at the Museum door. Among the proposals that will be offered during the Night of the Museums are: a participatory play called Financial Journey, focused on the DNI Account and the DNI Commerce Account; a Puppet Club with an educational focus; aCuenta DNI Art Space, which will offer painting experiences and games on financial education; and an INCLUIR interactive space, where participants can learn about finances through interactive games.
Meanwhile, the permanent exhibition is an interactive tour of the history of the Bank and its role as an agent of national and provincial development, from 1822 to the present. It contains audiovisuals, such as the short about the Bicentennial of the entity produced by Felipe Pigna; models of the financial city; banking furniture and a selection of notes and coins over the years. Among these objects, the first banknote in Argentine history and the first national coins from 1813 stand out.
Likewise, on the fifth level of the building, which can be accessed by stairs and/or elevator, there will be the temporary exhibition Starting from ourselves. Synchronies around the national, which brings together works and thoughts of key figures such as Arturo Jauretche, Aldo Ferrer, Eva Perón and Homero Manzi. Organized together with the Jauretche Chair, this exhibition examines the concerns and motivations of these thinkers from the national field in Argentine history.
The Banco Provincia Museum is located at Sarmiento 364, between Reconquista and 25 de Mayo streets, in the downtown area of the City of Buenos Aires. Both during the Saturday activity and during its usual weekday hours, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., admission is free.
