Jobint, the HR Tech with leading brands such as Bumeran, Zonajobs, Selecta and HiringRoom, conducted a study on the region’s labor market using data from its classified sites in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Panama and Peru. In order to compare the data from the different countries, salaries were dollarized. The data reflects that the highest average salary in the region is Panamanian, with 1,037 dollars per month. In Technology and systems, the remuneration required for junior positions in descending order they are $1,098 per month in Chile, $825 per month in Panama, $494 per month in Peru, $577 per month in Ecuador, and $492 MEP in Argentina. If the official dollar in Argentina is taken into account, his required salary is 903 dollars per month.
