The fourth season of the ProSieben dating show “Beauty & The Nerd” has a new start date. The episodes will start showing on June 29th.
The dating show “Beauty & The Nerd” returns to the ProSieben program. As the private broadcaster has now announced, the new season will start on June 29, 2023. The six episodes will then run on Thursdays from 8:15 p.m.
In “Beauty & The Nerd” eight “nerds” meet eight “beauties”. In the course of the six episodes, the couples should find each other and also have to compete against each other in challenges. There is prize money of 50,000 euros and a makeover.
Three seasons have already been shown – the last one was broadcast in 2021.
Fourth season has been postponed
Originally, the fourth season should have been broadcast from June 2, 2022. In May last year, however, the broadcaster announced at short notice that it would postpone the episodes to the new year “for production reasons”.
In the announcement of the new start date that has now taken place, the broadcaster is more specific: Shortly before the actual broadcast, circumstances arose in the context of the show “that urgently required a careful, independent examination”. That is why, in close dialogue with all those involved, the decision was made to postpone it.
