Leonardo DiCaprio (50), who became world famous as a teenager, is undoubtedly one of the most famous film stars on the planet. But in addition to appearing in modern classics such as “Titanic”, “The Wolf of Wall Street” or “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”, DiCaprio has been making a name for himself for over 25 years through his environmental activism – and is also constantly making waves with his love life Headlines because until recently he was said not to have had a partner older than 25 years.

Already in 1998, shortly after the global success of “Titanic” – and possibly also supported by millions in income from this film – DiCaprio founded the “Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation”. This includes, for example, protecting tigers in Nepal or restoring coastlines in Somalia and Brazil.

“There aren’t a few hours a day that I don’t think about it. It’s this slow burn. However, criticism of DiCaprio’s environmental activism is also voiced here and there. The term (in German: “Leo’s Law”) even came up on message boards and in social networks after the star separated from his long-term partner Camila Morrone (27) in 2022. Only ex-girlfriend Gisele Bündchen, who married NFL star Tom Brady (47) in 2009 and had two children with him, once appeared to publicly comment on her separation from the Hollywood star.

“I no longer numbed myself with smoking, drinking and too much work, but became more and more aware of the things I didn’t want to see,” some 13 years after the end of her relationship with DiCaprio, which lasted from 2000 to 2005 in her book “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life”.
