In March, an adventure video game appeared that tells of two authors. Actress Sydney Sweeney (“Everything Sucks!”, “The White Lotus”) should take on a role in the film.

The American actress Sydney Sweeney (27) plays along with media reports in the film adaptation of a video game. The co-op game “Split Fiction”, published in March, is to be filmed by director Jon M. Chu (“Wicked”), as the portals “Variety” and “The Hollywood Reporter” report. It is still unclear what role SWEENEY (“where love falls”, “Euphoria”, “The White Lotus”).

The script is writing Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who in the past have already produced the scripts for “Zombieland” and the “Deadpool” films.

Electronic Arts’ action advventing game and the Hazelight Studios deals with the two authors Zoe and Mio. While Mio is particularly interested in science fiction, Zoe brings a great passion for fantasy worlds. Both hires at a publisher – but then the CEO wants to steal their ideas. Like the predecessors of Electronic Arts and Hazelight, the game can only be played in pairs.

A few days ago, the industry magazine “Deadline” reported that Sydney Sweeney would produce the film adaptation of the arcade racing game “Out Run” by Sega. In front of the camera, however, it should not appear in the film where Michael Bay (“Transformers”, “Bad Boys”)) directs.
