Users of the Telegram messenger, as well as Instagram and Facebook social networks, complain on December 4 about service failures.
According to the Downdetector website, which monitors failures and disconnections of popular Internet resources, as of 18:29 Moscow time, 596 complaints against Telegram were recorded: 45% of users complain about problems with the application, 34% – about problems with connecting to the server, more 21% – for problems with receiving messages. It is noted that residents of Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany and other countries have faced problems.
In the same place, as of 19:30 Moscow time, it is said that “according to user reports at the moment, Instagram may have problems.”
Thousands of UK users reported problems accessing Facebook, Instagram and Messenger on December 4, according to the Daily Mail.
Disruptions in the work of social networks and messengers are often reported. So, on November 12, users from European countries complained about Google, Gmail and YouTube, on October 28, residents of the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Great Britain and Poland reported problems with YouTube. On October 27, a failure was reported on Telegram, on October 14 and 19 – on Instagram.
On October 5, there was a massive outage in Facebook, and WhatsApp and Instagram were also out of order. Then Zuckerberg apologized for the failure of the platform. The company also assured that the problem was due to an incorrect configuration change on the part of the company itself.
