Users of the WhatsApp messenger complained about the failures in the web version of the service. On Monday, December 13, data from the Downdetector website, which tracks the work of popular network resources, testify to this.
“According to user reports, WhatsApp may have problems at the moment,” the service said.
About 53% of all problems are related to the web version of the messenger, and users also experience problems with the application (31% of complaints) for PC and sending messages (16% of complaints).
Earlier, on December 7, Facebook and Tinder crashed. Crashes have also been reported with a number of services, including Amazon, Facebook, Tinder and Netflix.
Residents of the USA, Britain, India and other countries, including Russia, told about the failures.
On the evening of October 4, users from almost all over the world encountered problems using Instagram, Facebook, as well as difficulties downloading WhatsApp. After disruptions in the work of social platforms, users switched to Telegram and Twitter. However, against the background of the influx of users, the messenger and microblogging service began to work slower, while there were no major failures.
