Facebook (Meta) users from different countries are complaining about service failures. This on Wednesday, December 15, according to data from the Downdetector portal.
Problems are reported primarily from the United States, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, and other countries. Mostly users are faced with problems logging into an account, as well as the work of the website and social network application.
The first reports of malfunctions appeared at about 18:00 Moscow time, but by 21:00 the number of complaints increased significantly. There are also minor glitches in the Messenger application, which is part of the social network.
Disruptions in the work of social networks and messengers are often reported. So, on December 4, users of the Telegram messenger, as well as social networks Instagram and Facebook complained about problems with receiving messages, connecting to servers, as well as other problems in the operation of services. On October 27, a failure was reported on Telegram, on October 14 and 19 – on Instagram.
On October 5, there was a massive outage in Facebook, and WhatsApp and Instagram were also out of order. Then Zuckerberg apologized for the failure of the platform. The company also assured that the problem was due to an incorrect configuration change on the part of the company itself.
