WhatsApp is getting a new feature that will give users the ability to draw. Portal announced this WABetainfo.
Drawing tools have been found in an updated beta version of the app. So, “pencils” will appear in the built-in photo editor – with their help it will be possible to make drawings on pictures and videos, changing the color and size of the line.
Also, a tool for blurring images may appear in the messenger – with its help it will be possible to hide individual fragments of a photo before sending.
So far, the new tools are available for Android devices in version 2.22.3.5. In the same version of the messenger, it became possible to leave “reactions” to messages, as in Telegram, Facebook and other social networks, Gazeta.Ru adds.
Starting December 14, users will be able to preview their voice message before sending it.
Earlier, on December 7, Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Meta, announced that new timers for self-destructing messages will appear in WhatsApp. It was noted that thanks to this option, users will be able to automatically delete any text from correspondence with someone after a period of time they have chosen.
