According to the resource, this feature was available to some users as part of beta testing, but it was removed for unknown reasons. Now the innovation is available to all users.
Thus, now if you find errors in the application, you can report it to the support service. To do this, go to the menu “Settings” – “Help” – “Write to us”. When making a request, technical support may request information about the user’s phone number, the type of connection used, the version of WhatsApp and the model of the gadget. When the application is accepted, technical support will contact the user in a separate chat.
In addition, the WhatsApp support chat is always marked with a green check mark. This is confirmation that this is an official support channel. At the moment, the function is selectively available to Android and iOS users, Gazeta.ru notes.
On Tuesday, January 18, it became known that WhatsApp will have a function to draw on a photo. In the built-in photo editor, you can make drawings on pictures and videos by changing the color and size of the line.
