The expert advised to restart the device if the smartphone is very slow or its camera shows a black screen.
“If this does not help, make a backup, reset the smartphone to factory settings and update the version of the operating system. You will get a “clean” smartphone with the latest version of the system. And restore the data using a copy, ”Sumtsov explained.
According to the expert, there are other reasons for the gadget to freeze. For example, a smartphone may freeze, in which case its display will not respond well to touch, and the device itself may turn off spontaneously.
“There is only one way out – to keep the smartphone in a warm pocket and get it out in the cold for a short time. In hot weather or while charging, it can overheat and reduce performance,” Sumtsov said.
According to him, the slowdown of the smartphone may depend on the natural wear and tear of its components. So, over time, its battery loses capacity and begins to give less power. This may also be one of the reasons why a smartphone holds a charge worse and lowers performance.
