It is noted that it will be possible to pause the recording of a voice message using a special button in the chat interface of the messenger. In addition, users will also be given the opportunity to listen to or delete the recording before sending it to the interlocutor.
The innovation is already available for beta testers on iOS and will soon appear on test versions for Android, Gazeta.Ru adds.
A day earlier, it was noted that a new feature has been added to the messenger, thanks to which users can contact technical support in a separate chat. So, if you find errors in the application, you can report it to the support service. To do this, go to the menu “Settings” – “Help” – “Write to us”.
On January 18, it became known that WhatsApp will have the function of drawing on a photo. In the built-in photo editor, you can make drawings on pictures and videos by changing the color and size of the line. Also, a tool for blurring images may appear in the messenger – with its help it will be possible to hide individual fragments of a photo before sending.
