Money transfer company Western Union has stopped their transfer through the website and mobile application.

Sending transfers on the Russian site and in the Western Union application is currently unavailable. Operations are possible only at service points, the 360 ​​TV channel notes.

An employee of the call center, in an interview with RIA Novosti on Thursday, February 24, said that transfers from Ukraine to Russia are working as usual, money can be sent from Russia through partner banks.

“The site is currently not working for shipping to all countries. If you are clients of such banks as Avangard, Rosselkhozbank, Uralsib, Otkritie or Post Bank, you can send a transfer from the bank account of these banks, ”the agency’s interlocutor explained.

As for the problems with sending money transfers through the website or mobile application, the company assured that they were doing everything possible to restore the service as soon as possible, Reedus clarifies.

Earlier in February, it became known that Western Union would stop making transfers within Russia from April 1 due to their low demand. International transfers will continue to be carried out as usual.
